Blue Granary Wharf is a £12 million mixed-use development by Country and Metropolitan Homes.

Completed in 2004, the striking development features distinctive blue cladding, which gives teh building its name, and enjoys stunning views across the waterfront and south of the city. Located on the edge of Holbeck Urban Village, the development also affords easy access to Leeds city railway station.
