In a joint venture with the world-renowned residential developer, YOO, K W Linfoot plc embarked upon the development of Manor Mills in spring 2006.

YOO has achieved critical acclaim since its formation in 1999, following the teaming of Manhattan Loft Corporation founding partner, John Hitchcox, with internationally-celebrated designer and architect, Philippe Starck.

Integrated in the project from an early stage, YOO worked on all visual aspects and strong signature elements of the development, including communal areas, building facades, apartment floor layouts and overall interior design. The collaboration is YOO’s very first in the North of England.

Located in Holbeck Urban Village, the scheme comprises 280 apartments over nine floors and adds a further injection of design-led development to K W Linfoot plc’s portfolio. Both smartpads and studios are available at Manor Mills, along with one and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
