This 3 hour session will introduce you to many powerful and practical tips, helping you to present to a range of audiences with real impact. You will learn practical techniques on how to deliver dynamic and memorable presentations, including: - Techniques for engaging and influencing your audience - How to banish nerves and project confidence - Striking the balance between detail and the big picture - Invaluable tips for powerful opening and closing. Speaker: Susan Cole, Chartered FCIPD – Susan has worked extensively in the Service Sector with a number of national and international organisations. She is director of a training company specialising in the design, delivery and evaluation of high-impact in-company learning solutions for large government and private sector organistions. Susan’s career in learning and development began in 1989, and she became a graduate of CIPD in 1991, shortly after being appointed training manager for a blue chip company. Her experience is very broad, and ranges from strategic projects such as managing company mergers and supporting organisational change, to designing and delivering a wide range of personal development programmes. Since forming the consultancy in 1997, Susan focuses on the areas of management, change, sales and service. She ensures that all of her solutions are participative, stimulating and focused on outcomes and actions that impact on both individuals and their businesses.
