RIBA Yorkshire White Rose Awards 2009 is seeking entries displaying design excellence in architecture and the built environment in the Yorkshire region. Buildings should have high architectural standards, demonstrate sustainable credentials and make a substantial contribution to the local environment.

Submission deadline: 15/05/2009
Open to: Architects
   
Categories include: The White Rose Awards for Architecture and the Conservation Award, also:

The Sustainable Futures Award
The Sustainable Futures award recognises low carbon solutions in buildings by celebrating designs which prioritize creating lasting communities and are sensitive to local environmental needs.

The Small Project Award
The small projects category which is open to projects under £250,000

The Landscape Award
Entries to this award must have a Chartered Landscape Architect or Practice on the project team. Dedicated to outstanding design in the public realm, to highlight the contributions that Chartered Landscape Architects can make to both the urban and rural environment.
